- Ideal for an evening spent relaxing, the lounge on the first floor serves as a tranquil nook, complete with seating arrangements. 
- Whilst outdoors, the holiday home boasts immaculate lawns and gardens, adorned with a variety of pots and plants and the statement piece being the water fountain. 
- One of the lawns, right by the Aravalli Hills, is 1000 sq. ft. in size and the other is 500 sq. ft. in size. Both can seat up to 20 and 12 people respectively. 
- Guests can make the most of the bonfire area on the lawn. 
- There is a private swimming pool, 24x13 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth, overlooking the surrounding greenery.

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. 
 
FOOD 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. 
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Outside food is allowed in the villa. Incase any guest brings outside food, an additional charge of Rs. 3000 per day will be levied. 
 
GUEST ACCESS

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. The staff will be accommodated in-house.&nbsp;The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- In case of a power outage, the 30KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 8 hours and the 5KVA inverter can support basic plug points for up to 8 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- This property is a part of a gated community. 
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

It&rsquo;s a discerning experience, right from the beginning - the drive to this massive estate features a few bumps on the road yet brings you to the most nonpareil holiday home. The parking lot is spacious; grand open spaces are sort of a norm throughout this home. Step onto the driveway, and watch the golf cart descend. From here on, strap yourself as you get ready for an otherworldly escape, away from the modern mundane woes.&nbsp;

The upward slopes leading to the home are dotted with lush green bushes, radiant flowers and a bouquet of colours. The initial topography of the hillock remains untouched, with 5 levels of lawns, boasting alternate avenues of towering palms, among other greens and gazebos. The step format makes for unrivalled vantage points with each lawn overlooking the dramatic hills, mountains and Kasauli somewhere far away.&nbsp;

The distinct concept of pillarless cottages, each serving a different purpose, is unseen yet refreshing. It is eschewed with exquisite taste, seen in the scattered pockets of family heirlooms and medallions. The family&rsquo;s cop lineage is seen here too with each common space boasting a name of its own.&nbsp;

The alfresco dining area lies in the centre, exuding its striking olden charm with its wrought-iron chairs, tables and collapsible umbrellas. - In case of back-to-back bookings, the check-in time will be 4 PM and check-out time will be 11 AM, subject to the next day availability of the villa. 
- The route leading up to the villa is a granular road, paving the way towards a relaxing retreat amidst sweeping forest views. 
- For events, guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendors to the property. Please contact the StayVista team for events. 
- External DJ and live music are not permitted. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 48 hours. 
- Given the presence of greenery and the secluded nature of the property, guests are advised to remain cautious of insects. 
- The kitchen is located at a considerable distance from where the meals will be served in order to avoid kitchen odours being any cause of irritant.

PET POLICY

- Guests are advised to groom their dogs, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as dog hair can be difficult to remove.
