KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

A bright and beautiful villa far from the madding crowds, Yellow Tulip Vista is the perfect hideout for you and your loved ones to get away to. Tea plantations all around, a little stream to mark the boundary, great hikes, lovely views and huge lawns make this an ideal spot. Thanks to the generous outdoor space, guests can enjoy games such as cricket, football, archery and badminton. As for the villa - it is tastefully done up with all rooms having queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms, spacious common areas, and all the modern amenities for utmost comfort. The verdant surroundings are sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated! This villa is ideal for up to eight guests. The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 
 
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Guaranteeing a blissful riverside getaway, this holiday home hosts a plethora of luxuriant experiences. &nbsp;Within the property, guests can start the day with the sweet bird songs that almost come as a prerequisite here. Play indoor games like chess, carrom, darts, and cards. Take a leisurely stroll on the lush green lawn and breathe in the refreshing air. Enjoy a competitive match of badminton or table tennis. Unwind and relax on the gazebo, or snuggle with a book to read peacefully by the river. Jump in the pool and let go of all your worries. Relish an elaborate barbeque spread around the bonfire. 
 
ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. 
- Please note that barbeque and bonfire may not be available during monsoons. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 
 
PET POLICY 
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. 
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. 
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. 
- Please carry your pet&rsquo;s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. 
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove 
- A refundable deposit will be required at the time of check-in.
