- Next to the al fresco dining is the private swimming pool, 40x8ft. in size and 5ft. in depth. It has an attached kids&rsquo; pool as well. 
- The pool deck offers a bar area with several seating arrangements for the guests to relax and lounge in. 
- There is a sprawling lawn with mango trees and an attached gazebo offering stunning views of the lake and the mountains. It can seat up to 40 people at any given time.

KITCHEN 
- There are 2 kitchens, indoor and outdoor. Guests do not have access to either of the kitchens.&nbsp;

- The living room is not equipped with an AC. 
- Guests are requested to not shift the living room furniture and bedroom furniture. In case guests require extra furniture, they may ask the caretaker for the same. 
- There are friendly dogs, hens and cows residing at the property. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the living room for security purposes. 
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 24 hours.&nbsp; 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Since the villa is surrounded by forest and trees, there may be insects in the evening.

It&rsquo;s a discerning experience, right from the beginning - the drive to this massive estate features a few bumps on the road yet brings you to the most nonpareil holiday home. The parking lot is spacious; grand open spaces are sort of a norm throughout this home. Step onto the driveway, and watch the golf cart descend. From here on, strap yourself as you get ready for an otherworldly escape, away from the modern mundane woes.&nbsp;

The upward slopes leading to the home are dotted with lush green bushes, radiant flowers and a bouquet of colours. The initial topography of the hillock remains untouched, with 5 levels of lawns, boasting alternate avenues of towering palms, among other greens and gazebos. The step format makes for unrivalled vantage points with each lawn overlooking the dramatic hills, mountains and Kasauli somewhere far away.&nbsp;

The distinct concept of pillarless cottages, each serving a different purpose, is unseen yet refreshing. It is eschewed with exquisite taste, seen in the scattered pockets of family heirlooms and medallions. The family&rsquo;s cop lineage is seen here too with each common space boasting a name of its own.&nbsp;

The alfresco dining area lies in the centre, exuding its striking olden charm with its wrought-iron chairs, tables and collapsible umbrellas. On either side is the Commando House - the chandelier-clad dining room and the Special Ops Ground - the beautifully designed living room featuring artworks and aquariums. The buffet table - Cops Can Cook - lies right in front, whilst the bar - Tipsy Cop - is tucked away in a corner.&nbsp;

Further up is the fully equipped gymnasium, engulfed in sweeping mountains and endless greenery. Decked with cozy furniture for leisure activities, the courtyard is a place where you can pamper yourself to the hilt. This property has two dedicated bonfire zones with a proper fire pit and comfortable seating arrangement. It&rsquo;s a place for relaxation and evening interactions with friends and family members.&nbsp;

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Barbecue meal&nbsp;is available at an additional cost of Rs. 400 per person.

- There are 85 easy stairs from the parking to the Main entrance. However, they are not tiring at all. 
- Please note that guests can park their cars outside the premises of the property at their own risk. 
- Vehicular entry is prohibited on Mall Road between 4:30 PM -10:00 PM. Guests are advised to check in/check out before 4:30 PM. However, if guests check in during that time frame, they will have to park their vehicle 300 metres away. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the basic appliances (like light/fan)for up to 3 to 4 hours.&nbsp; 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here. 
- This is neither a wheelchair-friendly, nor a pet friendly property. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Loud music will not be allowed at the property post 10:30 PM. 
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. &nbsp; 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

- The living room opens up to a verandah that is equipped with various seating arrangements.&nbsp; 
- The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling lawn, 1000 sq. ft. in size. It offers a gazebo, hammock, cabana and a swing.&nbsp; 
- Guests can also enjoy a dip in the private swimming pool, 25x15ft. in size and is up to 7ft. in depth. 
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 9 PM. 
- Soak in the beautiful views of the beach from the common balcony on the first floor.&nbsp;

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water dispenser, crockery and cutlery.

- Guests are advised against swimming at this beach as it is rocky and hence unsafe. 
- Please keep the gate to the beach closed when you are not around to supervise, for security reasons and to ensure no stray animals enter the house. 
- Please note that there are 5 bedrooms at the property, guests have access to only 4. 
- The pool is 4ft deep at the shallow end and 7ft at the deep end. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children. 
- The cabana by the sea might not be available during monsoon season.

- Warmth boasts 2 queen-sized beds, along with an AC, TV and overlooks the gorgeous lake view. 
- Pearl, one of the rooms on the lower ground floor, features a mezzanine floor, along with 3 queen-sized beds, AC and TV. 
- Flora, a family suite room, offers an attached attic, 2 queen-sized beds, AC, TV along with a cosy lounge area adorned with a sofa-bed, diwan, bean bags and a powder room. 
- Each unit has its own spacious, ensuite bathroom.

- All ensuite bathrooms offer towels and basic toiletries. There is a central boiler and heat pump for hot water supply. 
- Pool towels are also available.

INDOOR AREAS 
- Set foot through the striking entrance and welcome expansive indoor spaces set between the drawing room and dining room on either side of the linear home. 
- The grand drawing room features floor-to-ceiling french windows that offer gorgeous, almost unreal views of the pristine lake, and is furnished with plush sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people along with a wooden table nestled in a corner, and a rectangular dining table. 
- It offers a myriad of amenities including a TV, AC, Wi-Fi access and a bijou water fountain serving as the ideal background score.&nbsp; 
- The other end of the home features a dining room, furnished with seating arrangements for up to 20 people. It seamlessly opens up to an alfresco dining area, dotted with potted plants, ideal for a candle-light dinner under the starry skies.&nbsp; 
- The villa is flanked with several passages and verandahs, featuring snug seating arrangements, idyllic swings, and verdant gardens.

OUTDOOR AREAS&nbsp;
