- All other meals can be provided at an additional cost.

- Due to the villa being located in a forest area, guests are advised to reach the property before sunset. &nbsp; 
- All-male groups are allowed. However, a security deposit is required at the time of booking. 
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, guests are liable to take their entire responsibility. 
- Please note that pets are not allowed in the kitchen-cum-dining area. 
- Guests are requested to be cautious and ensure that they extinguish all flames fully due to the nature of the pine woods full of pine oil which is highly flammable.
