- Guests are advised against swimming at this beach as it is rocky and hence unsafe. 
- Please keep the gate to the beach closed when you are not around to supervise, for security reasons and to ensure no stray animals enter the house. 
- Please note that there are 5 bedrooms at the property, guests have access to only 4. 
- The pool is 4ft deep at the shallow end and 7ft at the deep end. Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children.

- The rooms are also equipped with ensuite bathrooms.

- There are 2 attached bathrooms and one ensuite powder room on the ground floor.

- Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. 
 
COMMON AREAS 
- There is a spacious patio on the ground floor of the property that can comfortably seat up to 9 people. 
- The guests can choose any nook of the home whether it be the common patio or the extensive exteriors to sip on a hot cuppa while overlooking the sandy beach. 
- Furnished with a parasol and ample sweating, this patio can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. 
- This home boasts 3 acres of a sprawling verdant lawn with coconut palms that give the home a beachy vibe.

KITCHEN 
- Guests can access the kitchen premises for reheating purposes. 
- Additionally, they can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.2000. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, water purifier, mixer and grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. 
-&nbsp;A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

GUEST ACCESS 
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.&nbsp;

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
We can provide accommodation for up to 2 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges.&nbsp;The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim on the secluded beach. They can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn amidst coconut palms and bask in the sun. They can soak in the gorgeous views of the vast sea from the patios. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal.&nbsp;

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional charge of Rs.500 per use.

- Please note that the dining set-up will be moved into one of the bedrooms in case of heavy rains, as the patio is open-to-sky. 
- This home is not suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility challenges. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support the ACs and refrigerator for up to 24 hours.&nbsp; 
- There is also an inverter that can support all lights and fans for up to 5 hours. 
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.&nbsp; 
- The caretaker&rsquo;s pet dog resides on the property premises for security purposes. 
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for security purposes.&nbsp; 
- The rooms are in form of separate cottages. These cottages are connected via a common patio.

PET POLICY

- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
