INDOOR AREAS&nbsp; 
- A landscaped stairway leads up to the entrance of the villa, which opens to an expansive living room. 
- This inviting living space boasts impeccable style, combining eloquent furnishings with earthy tones and high vaulted ceilings.&nbsp; 
- Upon entering, you will be welcomed to a light-flooded room that opens onto an attached garden-facing balcony, perfect to become your favourite reading spot. 
- The living room is equipped with several modern amenities, including a widescreen television, 2 tower ACs, and couch-style seating that can accommodate up to 15-20 people comfortably.&nbsp;

OUTDOOR AREAS 
- The outdoor sections of the house burgeon with lush green open space. The home sits between a meticulously landscaped lawn and a gorgeous 1500 sq. ft. swimming pool, surrounded by nothing but foliage. 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the private pool, 5ft. in depth, flanked with sun loungers and a large open deck. And no need to leave the kids out, as there is a separate children&rsquo;s pool as well. 
- Guests have access to the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. 
- The furnished, pool-facing cabana is also a great place to gather the group and enjoy hours of guilt-free unwinding.&nbsp; 
- Perfect for dining together as a group, the outdoor gazebo can be found steps away from the house &ndash; sun-dappled and perfect for al fresco meals.&nbsp; 
- The well-appointed private lawn offers an opulent retreat, ideal for family gatherings, intimate weddings, pre-wedding shoots, group celebrations, and so much more.&nbsp;

KITCHEN 
- There is a commercially-equipped kitchen within the premises where all meals are prepared. Guests, however, do not have access to it.&nbsp;

FOOD 
- An impressive array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dining options await you.&nbsp; 
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, high-tea &amp; dinner) can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.2299 per person, per day. For kids between the ages of 2-4 years, the meal cost will be Rs. 599 per child, and Rs.1799 per head for kids between the ages of 5-12 years. An additional 18% tax will be charged overall and eligible for input tax credit with valid tax invoice.&nbsp; 
- During peak seasons, such as Diwali, Christmas and New Year&rsquo;s Eve, the meal charges will be Rs.3499 per person, per day. For kids between the ages of 2-4 years, the meal cost will be Rs. 999 per child, and Rs.2799 per head for kids between the ages of 5-12 years. An additional 18% tax will be charged overall and eligible for input tax credit with valid tax invoice.&nbsp; 
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen and served between 8 AM to 10 PM. 
-&nbsp;Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS 
Guests have access to the entire villa and all available onsite amenities, except the kitchen and the basement.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
A trained and responsible manager will be available at the property from 7 AM to 12 midnight to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.&nbsp;

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
Accommodation for up to 4 personal staff members is available at an additional cost of Rs.2999 per person, per day. All meals will be charged at an additional cost of Rs.1199 per person, per day. An additional 18% tax will be charged overall and eligible for input tax credit with valid tax invoice.&nbsp;

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- A barbecue grill is available at Rs.999 (plus 18% tax) per day, to complement the breezy weather.&nbsp; 
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetizers, along with fish and mutton dishes are available at an additional charge and prior intimation. 
- We also recommend huddling around the bonfire pit to kickstart your evenings at a nominal cost.&nbsp;

HOME TRUTHS 
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we&rsquo;d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
- In case of back-to-back bookings, the check-in time will be 4 PM and check-out time will be 11 AM, subject to the next day availability of the villa. 
- The route leading up to the villa is a granular road, paving the way towards a relaxing retreat amidst sweeping forest views. 
- For events, guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendors to the property. Please contact the StayVista team for events. 
- External DJ and live music are not permitted. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 48 hours. 
- Given the presence of greenery and the secluded nature of the property, guests are advised to remain cautious of insects. 
- The kitchen is located at a considerable distance from where the meals will be served in order to avoid kitchen odours being any cause of irritant. 
- A Jio dongle will be available at the villa, however, the network may vary subject to availability at any given time. 
- Mobile networks such as Vi and Jio work fairly here. 
- The caretaker is available at the property at all given times. 
-&nbsp;Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

PET POLICY 
- Trained dogs are welcome in the designated dog house at the villa at an additional charge, upon owner approval. 
- The dogs must be safely caged in the dog house at all times, located close to the lawn area.&nbsp; 
- Please note that the shelter is also home to 2 of the owner&rsquo;s dogs.&nbsp; 
- The dogs will not be allowed anywhere else around the property.&nbsp; 
- Please carry your dog&rsquo;s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. 
- Guests are advised to groom their dogs, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as dog hair can be difficult to remove.

HOUSE RULES 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. 
- All food-related payments must be made in advance and will only be confirmed if the payment is made 24 hours prior to the check-in.&nbsp; 
- Outside meals are strictly not allowed. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed, except in the living room and bedrooms.&nbsp; 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the house only. &nbsp; 
- One must wear swimming attire and use the poolside shower before entering the pool. 
- Please do not carry food and drinks in and around the pool area.&nbsp;

POLICIES 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. Please inform your Stay Experience Manager about any additional guests. &nbsp; 
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa. 
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs (including children) when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. 
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay. 
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. 
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. 
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted. 
- A refundable deposit of Rs.20,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.&nbsp; 
- This entire amount is refunded, provided the total number of guests do not increase, all villa rules are adhered to and no damages are done. The deposit will be collected by the caretaker at the property.

- There are 5 en suite bathrooms, 1 common bathroom, 2 common powder rooms and 1 pool shower.&nbsp; 
- All en suite bathrooms have separate shower cubicles, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. 
- One of the bathrooms also offers a bathtub.&nbsp;

INDOOR AREAS 
- There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of the villa, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and high ceilings.&nbsp; 
- It is equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements that can accommodate up to 10 people.&nbsp; 
- It offers a TV, wired music system, Wi-Fi access and a carrom board with seating. The living room is not equipped with an AC.&nbsp; 
- The living room also has an attached attic, with seating arrangements for up to 12 people.&nbsp; 
- There is a separate dining area on the first floor, equipped with ample seating arrangements.&nbsp; 
- The basement of the home houses a cosy projector room that can seat up to 12 people. 
- It is equipped with a range of indoor games like table tennis and a projector ideal for a movie marathon.&nbsp;

OUTDOOR AREAS 
- The living room overlooks the sprawling 4000 sq. ft. lawn. It has an attached gazebo.&nbsp; 
- The exteriors of the villa feature a massive private swimming pool, 40x25ft. in size and 4ft. in depth, which can also be heated up. 
- Guests can lounge by the pool deck, relax on the sun loungers and make the most of the attached wooden gazebo.&nbsp; 
- Guests have access to the pool till 11 PM. 
- The property also features a 4-seater jacuzzi, adjacent to the pool. Guests can indulge in a relaxing session while catching up with their loved ones. 
- The front of this holiday home also features a cosy outdoor patio, perfect for an alfresco dining experience. It has a hammock ideal for lounging.

KITCHEN 
- Guests and their personal cooks do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meal. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.&nbsp;

FOOD 
- All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2200 per person, per day. 
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
