- The dining table can seat 8 people.

- The dining area is a part of the living room and can accommodate up to 8 people. 
- The villa boasts a private covered terrace that offers stunning sights of the surroundings. It can seat up to 6 people. 
- The house also consists of a game room in the open basement that is equipped with a selection of indoor games like foosball, table tennis &amp; pool table. 
- The property has its own home theatre system, where guests can catch up with their favourite rom-com or action thriller selections.

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all fans, lights and basic appliances for up to 7 hours.&nbsp; 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Local government authorities may have to intervene incase of non adherence to noise levels. Playing music is strictly prohibited in the exterior areas of the villa.

- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. 
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. 
- Please carry your pet&rsquo;s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. 
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. 
- A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected at the time&nbsp;of&nbsp;check-in.
